Exchange and return:



 The return period is 3 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company, and the exchange period is 7 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company.

 - The process of refunding amounts via credit cards takes from 7 to 14 working days, depending on the “user’s” bank.



 ** Products cannot be returned or exchanged at all in the following cases **

· The product that was used.

· The product that was installed.

· Products with malfunctions or defects resulting from misuse (such as: breakage, scratching, misuse, etc.).

- The customer has the right to exchange or refund the value of medical furniture, bathroom chairs, wheelchairs, medical beds, and the like only in the event of failure to receive or deliver to the customer’s location within a maximum period of (72 hours) from the date of purchase. We apologize for the exchange and return in the event of receipt or delivery.

 - The “user” bears a fee of 100 Saudi riyals, which is for the delivery value, when requesting to return or exchange “products” that were delivered through the home delivery service via the shipping company, unless the product has a manufacturing defect based on the technical report from the “medical sample.” .

 - The user bears a fee of 250 Saudi riyals, which is for the delivery value when requesting to return or exchange “products weighing more than 60 kilograms” that were delivered through the home delivery service via the shipping company (the weight is calculated by the shipping company and not what is written on the carton). .

 - It is required to return the original box/carton, instruction booklet and all attached accessories, in addition to any gift card or other gifts or offers attached to the “products”.

 - You must bring the original invoice when returning or exchanging it.

 - Return and exchange includes all items except (medical mattresses - pillows - mattresses - braces - respirators and sensitive medical devices) unless a manufacturing defect is found in the product.

 - The product that the “user” wishes to exchange or return must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.

 - The promotional offer associated with the returned product can be refunded if it is in its original condition, or the value of the promotional offer will be deducted.

 - Purchases paid with purchase vouchers, credit cards, or through the purchase installment service cannot be refunded for cash.

 - Receiving the shipment from the shipping company (it is considered an acknowledgment from the “user” that the shipment is intact and in good condition and that it was not opened before receipt.

 - You can return and exchange the product at the nearest “Al-Oyaina Medical” store. If there is no branch available in your city where the order was delivered, please contact us on the unified number for your service (920033969) or through the customer returns page in the “Online Store”.

 - The shipping company representative will come to receive the order.

 - “Medical Eye” will replace the device with a manufacturing defect within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

 · The device must be free from any scratches or misuse.

 · Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside.

 · It may be necessary to submit a report from the authorized maintenance agent before the replacement process.
